Information about us

• YallaBrand provides services enabling you to shop online from international websites in other countries and have the products delivered to you. • We will get the products you want from the website(s) you choose yourself; we also guarantee to have your items delivered in the same state we receive from the seller. Your account and registration: • YallaBrand might need to ask you for your national ID (the valid one) to avoid any delays in customs, also to avoid your shipment(s) getting held in customs. • The name you register with on your YallaBrand account should be the same name on your national ID, to avoid any issues at customs clearance. • We will only be responsible for the delay if you already uploaded your ID when it was requested. • Customers can only own one registered account on and YallaBrand has the right to suspend any user with multiple accounts. • YallaBrand has the right to ask for verification through the phone, email or at the front office to verify the account holder. Placing your order: • You will need to read the product(s) listing carefully to make sure products that arrive match the seller's description. • YallaBrand will only be responsible for returning the product if it doesn't match the seller's product description. • YallaBrand guarantees to deliver the items in the same condition stated by the seller. • All Facebook page calculations/quotations or any other means that are affiliated with us are just estimates. • You are responsible of filling in your order's specifications accurately as written on the seller's listing such as your product's color, size or model to avoid any delays in the review process or any wrongly received products. • YallaBrand is responsible for delivering the product with the exact specifications you have set on the date you have ordered. • The maximum number of items you can place in your cart per order is 30. • Only one coupon code can be applied per one order and per one account. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are valid for one time & one purchase only.

Review & Purchasing

• Quantity limitations may change according to authorities or customs regulations. • Categories and tariffs are set according to customs regulations & authorities. • Domestic shipping fees & rates are charged by the seller, YallaBrand has nothing to do with this, It's mandatory. • If you are ordering a car/motorcycle spare part, your driving license may be requested. • The price you are notified with during the review process can be changed; if it gets changed after you make your payment we will notify you by sending you an email or contacting you via Phone • You can cancel your item before you pay for it, once you pay, it may be available for cancellation or not depending on the purchasing process, and it can only be canceled before purchasing. • Final cost orders cannot be reweighted when they reach our local office. • YallaBrand does not guarantee to deliver the gifts/samples your order might include on the seller's website. • Reviewing your order will be within one business day and it will be purchased within two business days from the payment date. Shipping fees, when and how it is being calculated: • We charge you for the Actual (gross) weight, we round up only by 100 grams, For example: If your order's total weight is 150 grams we will only charge you for 200 grams (Not a half kilogram or a Kilogram). • Only in very exceptional cases, we can charge you for the dimensional weight (volumetric weight), only is the item is too large in size and only if it has to be shipped as a cargo. • By default, the international shipping fees (weight fees) are to be determined and applied when we receive your order to our Egypt office and get it weighed. • You can choose the Final cost option while making your order (from the beginning) which means after you make your order (mostly within the same day) we will review it and apply the estimated weight on your order. • In case you choose the Final cost, the order will not be weighted after receiving it to our US warehouse or our local office.

Shipping, Clearance & Storage

• YallaBrand service level starts from when the shipment arrives at the U.S warehouse, the period before we receive the order(s) to our US ( or the UK ) warehouse depends on the seller, not YallaBrand. • The weight mentioned on the seller's site is an approximation and may not be exact. • If the item(s) is prohibited YallaBrand will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or customs clearance delays, also Refund and Reorder terms and conditions will not be applicable in such case . (E.g.: Weapons). • Once your order reaches our local office and is ready for delivery, we will store it for you, free of charge, for a period of up to 20 days, after 20 days your order might be deemed abandoned and we may dispose of it in any manner permitted by law. • Some products may arrive opened/unsealed due to customs clearance and checking process.


• We guarantee to get you the size you applied during making your order, but we don't guarantee the fitting size. e.g ( if you order size Large and the item comes in small we will provide you with the right to either reorder it or get a refund for it , But if you order Size Large and the item comes in Large but it doesn't fit you, We will not guarantee or be responsible in such a case ) . • Chinese clothes usually come with a Chinese size tag that displays larger sizes, after referring to the size guide, if proven right; the product(s) will not be canceled. • General Size charts may give approximate values and measurements, therefore your product(s) sizing may not match the measurements mentioned on the char.

Customer's Privacy

• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. • Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please remember that we do not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this privacy policy.

Legal Conflicts

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. • Egypt is our country of domicile. • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EGP (or any other agreed currencies). • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
